Introducing El Indio Andino

I am El Indio Andino, which translates to The Andean Indian. Originally from India, I have called Colombia my home since 2013. It all started with one journey to Tabio, Cundinamarca and since then there has been no looking back.

Exploring the Andes and Hidden Towns

Call it ease of access from my base, one of my greatest passions is to travel across the beautiful Cundiboyacense plateau and the Andes mountains. I am drawn to the small towns scattered throughout this region especially in the departments of Cundinamarca and Boyacá. These are some of the places that remain largely unknown beyond their provincial borders. These destinations offer a glimpse into the authentic and unspoiled culture of Colombia.

Adventures Along the Caribbean and Colombian Plains

I also cherish the opportunity to explore the beaches of Palomino, where the breathtaking views of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta are always awe-inspiring. The fast-flowing rivers that cross the vast plains of Colombia are another favorite of mine, providing both excitement and serenity.
